Russian-Americans Chamber of Commerce is a union of business representatives of the Russian-speaking community for the Greater Philadelphia Area. Our mission is to be a liaison for business to business, business to culture, business to people and business to Government. Russian-speaking community is a part of a Great American nations and we are proud to be the considerable part of the American Business. The consolidation of the Russian Community is a basic Chamber's goal. All ideas and work for this purpose is leading to Russian-Americans Chamber of Commerce Membership.
Russian Americans took the advantage to be the important part of the American Society. The President of Chamber is Marina Kats. She is a well known business woman and great person. Board of Directors consist of dear and known people (see. Board of Directors). Everyone welcomes to be a Member of Russian Americans Chamber of Commerce for participation in our goal in consolidating and integrating of our Community to Big Real Life (see. Members).

President of RACC is Marina Kats. She was running as a candidate of the Republican Party to Congress in 2008 as an independent thinker. She now proudly serves as the Vice- President of the Temple University Presidents’ Advisory Board. All throughout school, Marina held at least two jobs ranging from dental assistant to waitress. After school, Marina worked at a law firm until she decided to start her own firm in 1994. Today, Marina owns a successful legal practice in Feasterville, Pennsylvania.
Marina has lectured at Temple University, the New Jersey State Bar Association and various other schools. She has been honored by the former Governor of Pennsylvania, Tom Ridge, as one of the “50 Best Business Women in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,” as “Woman of the Year” by the Bucks County YMCA, and “Consumer Advocate of the Year” for three consecutive years. Philadelphia Magazine selected and featured Marina as one of Pennsylvania’s “Super Lawyers” in 2004 and in 2008, and Real Philly magazine recognized her as one of the “Women of the Year” for 2008. As the current President of the Russian-American Chamber of Commerce, Marina conducts regular lectures to its members and the community on various legal and civic issues.

| Фестиваль "Русская Мозаика" 2009
В воскресенье 20 сентября 2009 года на самой популярной Филадельфийской арене Penn’s Landing Торговая Палата Русских Американцев представит 7-й ежегодный Фестиваль “Русская Мозаика”. О том, что фестиваль стал значимым событием не только для русскоязычной комьюнити Филадельфии, говорит тот факт, что в 2003-2008 годах его гостей и организаторов сочли нужным поприветствовать государственные и общественные организации самого высокого уровня. Были зачитаны приветствия от губернатора штата Пенсильвания Эдварда Рэнделла, от мэра города Филадельфия Джона Стрита, Правительство Москвы и Московский Дом Соотечественника присылали на праздник большие делегации в состав которой входила группа КОЛИЗЕЙ, Леонид Серебренников, представители Московского Дома Соотечественника.
Фестиваль потому и называется “Мозаика”, что в нем представлены различные стороны жизни и творческого потенциала большой филадельфийской русскоязычной комьюнити, где проживает более ста тысяч человек, функционирует огромное количество бизнесов, работает множество талантливых художников, самородков, музыкантов, исполнителей, носителей русскоязычной культуры, и, складываясь вместе, все это составляет яркую красочную мозаику.
На концертной сцене проходит многочасовой концерт-марафон, в котором участвуют как самые яркие и самобытные коллективы русскоязычной общины Филадельфии, так и гости, не только из Нью-Йорка и Нью-Джерси, но из Украины, Белоруссии и России.
С каждым годом “Русская Мозаика” обретает не только собственный почерк, но и политическую значимость.

RACC provide a lot of activity for Russian Community. Some of them are very popular and have a considerable role in the Community development. The structure and potential, also a group of people involved are different. But it is important that people are glad to support every of the Event.
